Tour Details
Dates: Friday, April 25th – Monday, April 28th (Games are on Saturday and Sunday)
Field location: Bozeman Sports Park, Bozeman MT
We will play 4 games – 2 on Saturday, and 2 on Sunday. Games will be recorded.
Departure and Return Timing:
Departure Date: Friday, April 25th
Departure Time: 7:00 am at Marymoor Field 7 Parking Lot
Return Date: Monday, April 28th
Return Time: 8-9pm at Postdoc Brewing Company
Driving situation:
Teams will be traveling in 3 – 12 person vans including 2 vans graciously lent to the club by Preston Barrett’s family. THANK YOU!
Note that it is going to be about an 11-to-12-hour drive including stops – We are planning on having 2 drivers/coaches/chaperones per Van.
Right now our drivers are: Nick Barrett, Thadd Wight, Coach Edouard, Coach Jose and Coach Dave. We are looking for at least one more (so we have two per van).
Lodging:
We will be staying in 2 AirBnBs, both good for up to 15 people.
We will have bedding and towels for 15 people at each residence.
Registration and Payment
Cost per Player for the tour: $400, a minimum down-payment of $200 is required upon registration.
Tour costs include roundtrip travel by van, 3-night stay with the team & other fees associated with the Tour and meals/snacks on Saturday, Sunday and Monday breakfast and lunch. We ask you to pack a bag lunch for the trip on Friday and have pocket money for dinner Friday.

Important note regarding costs:
We have worked hard to keep costs to a minimum. That being said, we are aware that $400 is still $400. If costs are a limiting factor, please reach out to us so we can figure out how to make things work. We want players to be able to play. Also, if you are able to help sponsor a player, any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Corporate matching (if you have it) can make a huge difference. Talk to us – info@panthersyouthrugby.com

Packing List:
Cargo space is limited in the Vans, please prefer soft bags/duffel bags and keep it as light as possible – please avoid suitcases or roller bags.
