Local Youth Rugby Players Help The Saracens from the Sidelines

By 2016-12-21No Comments

Throughout the fall 2016 season the Seattle Saracens have been lucky enough to have the assistance of 2 young Saracens fans.  Tyler Yockey and Mathis Demandolx have volunteered to help out the Seattle Saracens on the sidelines.  They have been a big help to the Saracens sideline management team and a boost to the players as they are well taken care of by these enthusiastic volunteers.

Tyler and Mathis are players with the Panthers Youth Rugby Club.  This newly formed club is another opportunity for young athletes to learn the game of rugby and be part of a team.  Based in Redmond, Washington, the Panthers will be heading into their inaugural season this spring.

The Seattle Saracens Rugby Club looks forward to having the assistance of Tyler, Mathis and other youth players who are Saracens fans and want to get involved with the Seattle Saracens program.  Supporting youth rugby is something the Saracens are enthusiastic about as they will be the next generation of rugby players.

You can see these Seattle Saracens and these volunteers this spring when their season kicks off in late January.  More details about the upcoming season and the spring BCRU schedules will be available in the coming weeks.
