One of the principles of play in Rugby is Continuity, or how to keep the ball alive, and keep the attack momentum going. In a game with constant tackling stopping forward movement, if a player is able to ‘offload’ as they are being tackled (pass the ball as they are falling to the ground), they allow their team to keep forward momentum going, and break the line of defense.

… and watch Kierstyn run the perfect support line for a try!

Well done after only 3 contact practices… Go Panthers!
